I got hit with a $530.00 dollar payment for the month of September, my bill should only be around $200plus. They make a mistake and there’s nothing they can do because it’s auto-pay this is the state farm office : Bud Holderbaum State Farm Agent Agent License #: AZ-3000106381 Bad communication on their part. Will not recommend this office to anyone. Bad customer service.
